Ethics and Conduct

It is the policy of GADSOME to conduct its business in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, with honesty, in a manner that demonstrates respect for local cultural and ethnic customs, and with a strong commitment to the highest standards of ethics. Therefore, we demand high standards of integrity and sound ethical judgement from our personnel at all times. Strict compliance with the provisions of the Company’s Code of Business Ethics and Conduct as well as the Anti-bribery and corruption (ABAC) policy. It is therefore essential that all personnel of the Company and stakeholders (customers, public officers, service providers, contractors, etc.) familiarize themselves with the Policy.

As contains detailed provisions on bribery and corruption of Company, We Prohibits the following unethical conducts and corruption practices:

  • Receipt of property or benefit for self or another person.
  • Soliciting for or obtaining property or benefit for self or another person.
  • Agreement or attempt to receive/obtain property or benefit for self or another person.
  • Giving property or benefit to public officers or private persons.
  • Promise or offer to give property or benefit to public officers or private persons.
  • Past or future act, omission, favour, or disfavour while discharging official duties.

The Board of Directors of Gadsome Integrated Resources Limited (GADSOME) adopted this code of ethics to promote honest and ethical conduct, including the ethical handling of actual or apparent conflicts of interest; promoting the full, fair, accurate, timely, and understandable disclosure of the Company’s financial results in accordance with applicable disclosure standards; promote compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations; and deter wrongdoing.
