The Board of Directors seeks to embody and promote a corporate culture that is based on sound ethical values and behaviours. A culture of ethics and compliance is at the core of a strong risk management program.

The Board of Directors of Gadsome Integrated Resources Limited (GADSOME) adopted this code of ethics to promote honest and ethical conduct, including the ethical handling of actual or apparent conflicts of interest; promoting the full, fair, accurate, timely, and understandable disclosure of the Company’s financial results in accordance with applicable disclosure standards; promote compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations; and deter wrongdoing.
